My name is Tylea, I am a qualified personal trainer and online coach.
My fitness journey began about 4 years ago. I grew up in a dance environment and I have always been passionate about physical activities and keeping fit. I started going to the gym to get healthier physically and build my confidence and now fitness is a major factor in my life. I decided to build my expertise doing what I enjoy the most and now my goal is to help as many people as possible to gain confidence in themselves, feel healthy and to kick-start their fitness journey.
I’ve loved my plans with Tylea, it’s so nice to have someone to message and speak to when you’re not motivated, the scales aren't reflecting your efforts and having someone to encourage you. The food plan is super easy to follow I was rarely hungry and the workouts were perfect for lockdown. For the hardest part of losing weight and being on a plan is thinking of the meals, the workouts and trying to balance it with normal life so my coaching experience has taken away the parts that de-motivate me about eating well, training etc so I could focus on my goals. I’ve never had a coach/PT before and even not being able to go to gyms, I couldn’t recommend Tylea enough!

I can honestly say Ty is the best trainer I’ve had (and I’ve had a lot) The constant support and weekly check ins have kept me on track, allowing me to push past my fear of gaining weight and I’m now seeing the dream body I want start to take shape 🍑 the online service is the best for me as I’m not someone who enjoys classes, I can go in, follow my plan that is so easily displayed on the app and get my work out done on my own 👏🏼 can’t wait to continue the work 💛
